We recently reestablished our Consumer Advisory Board Meeting. During this meeting we received suggestions from patients to reach out to the community, and how to retain patients in our care.

Our team does targeted calling and sends certified letters.
One of the major barriers that our health center faces with these patients is transportation. It hinders many of our patients getting to important Doctors appointments.
Socioeconomic status also affects our patients and their ability to access health care.
