• To promote retention, we just started a peer group for the at-risk-of-falling-out patients.
• We also now have a “no appointment needed” policy and strive to handle walk-ins. These are usually the patients who don’t show for a scheduled appointment, but will drop in when it is convenient for them.
• Our clinic staff are making special efforts to make everyone feel special, and comfortable being in the clinic environment. We hope to keep people coming back just by being a non-threatening and welcoming venue.
