• During the period of June 17 to July 15 of 2013, 30 patients were identified absent from medical services. In the process 90% (27) patients were given appointments and only 10% (3) patients are pending to be contacted and assigned appointment for treatment.
• From laboratory services 22 missing patients were identified absent from there appointment. A team of workers made calls and contact 14 (64%) patients that were bound to receive lab services, 5 (22%) patient was referred to case management and 3 (14%) patients are pending for contact.
• The barriers that we continue to confront are: transportation problem. This limitation is being worked by the administration through a contract with a bus service system (Life Family Company) for patients in our program. We are pending to start this project, but would be working in an integrated way, to meet the needs of service.
• During the month of July, medical services will be affected. Because the doctor is on vacation, we hope to resume our services the first week of August.
